▍How it is computed

Fee per transaction is derived from the value-conservation identity (transparent inputs + shielded value released − outputs). Mean and p10/p50/p90/p99 over every non-coinbase transaction that day.

▍How to read it

ZIP-317 (2024) moved the conventional fee from 1,000 to 10,000 zat per logical action, which is why the whole distribution steps up. Fees are still under a cent; block space is not yet contested.
